Guillaume is the son of Henri Boillot and worked alongside his father from 2011, while Camille is the fifth generation of a winegrowing family from Pommard. Together with their four children, they run their own domaine, combining their own vines with carefully sourced grapes across the Côte de Beaune.

La Corvée aux Moines is one of the domaine's own parcels, in the lower part of Puligny-Montrachet on clay soils with pebbles.
