Tasting Note: This traditional method sparkling wine offers fine bubbles and fruity flavours. Applely, floral Pinot Blanc and spicy honeyed Auxerrois are traditionally vinified together, and the Pinot Gris brings body and weight. Fresh, intense and well-balanced, crisp and supple.
The grapes used in these wines are produced by our organic winegrowers who use natural methods to combat disease. Environmental impacts are limited and the organic balance of the soil is maintained
