The family farms around 12 hectares with great respect for the soil, likening their vineyard work to tending a garden.

Pinot Avenay is the domaine's first Blanc de Noirs, a project of the new generation led by Ambroise Agrapart. It comes from the Champ Saint-Bernard parcel in the Premier Cru village of Avenay-Val-d'Or, planted by Pascal Agrapart in 1982. The wine is fermented with natural yeasts and aged for 12 months in 600-litre demi-muids, and only about 3,000 bottles are made.

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0269/5177/8374/files/Champagne_Agrapart_-_Pinot_Avenay_-_Blanc_de_Noirs_-_Brut_nature_-_2019.jpg?v=1793076438
