WHAT THE CRITICS ARE SAYING
The Chateau La Fleur Peyrabon is an elegant Cru Bourgeois from 7 hectares of vineyards. The grapes are harvested manually and systematically sorted. The wine is a blend of 67% Cabernet Sauvignon,, 26% Merlot and 7% Petit Verdot.
At tasting, the wine reveals a deep red colour. On the nose, the wine is expressive and complex, and plays on its oaky and spicy fragrances. On the palate, the Chateau La Fleur Peyrabon 2011 shows a great richness and a lovely dimension that is characterized with touches of cherry liqueur. The finish of this wine is elegant and of great power.
Located on 7 hectares of gravel in the appellation of Pauillac, La Fleur de Peyrabon is a Cru Bourgeois with a strong personality. Its owner since 1998, Patrick Bernard, also founder of Millésima, has passionately devoted efforts to create uncompromising authentic wines that are elegant, silky and marked by a fruitiness and freshness typical of a great Cabernet Sauvignon. La Fleur Peyrabon is ample, fleshy, generous and delicate at the same time.
