Fully destemmed and raised in older casks, it shows fresh red fruit, raspberry and violets with a touch of pepper and spice, a silky texture and juicy acidity. Picked early for freshness, it drinks like a baby Côte-Rôtie and is delicious young. Serve slightly cool at 15 to 17°C with grilled meats, charcuterie or roast chicken.

About the Winery

Domaine Graeme & Julie Bott is one of the most exciting young estates in the Northern Rhône.
