Light yellow in colour, it opens with green apple, fresh pear and lemon zest, with hints of orange peel and grapefruit. The palate is fresh and precise, with citrus and white-fruit flavours, a lovely salinity and lively acidity, leading to a clean, persistent finish. Serve at 11-13°C with grilled fish, seafood, scallop risotto or creamy white meats.

About the Winery

Domaine Giudicelli is a small family estate in Poggio d'Oletta, in the Patrimonio appellation of northern Corsica, run by Muriel Giudicelli since 1997.
