Bright gold in colour, it shows the region's signature notes of green walnut and spice alongside ripe orchard fruit. The palate combines lively acidity with an elegant, textured structure and a long, savoury finish. A wonderful match for Comté cheese, poultry in creamy morel sauce or roast chicken.

About the Winery

Domaine Rolet was founded in Arbois in 1942 by Désiré Rolet and grew into one of the Jura's leading estates by acquiring prime parcels of old vines.
