Wine Region: Jura - France
Grape: 100% Chardonnay.
Tasting Note: A golden yellow robe with silver hues. Limpid, clean and fine, delicate bubbles. Complex and ample aromas of apple and lemons. Lively on the palate with hint of freshness and soft finish of citrus notes. A Crémant full of purity with subtle final note.
Expert Rating: "A light and crisply textured wine, this is a Blanc de Blancs although not labeled as such. It has a proper mineral edge accompanied by hints of more tropical fruits and finished with a zesty mousse. Drink now." - 89 / 100 Wine Enthusiast
