Tasting notes

Lively, vivid rose pink color. Some salmon glints. Pleasant, intense, floral nose, with notes of citruses. Well balanced and  fresh on the palate, combining red currants and berries tight final. Finish is splendidly fresh and long.

How to Enjoy

Serve between 10 and 12°C with tabbouleh, mixed salads, eggs in a salmon casserole, mozzarella pizza, shellfish, steamed red mullet fillets, barbecue, rib of beef or chicken with garlic.
