Moulin de Gassac

Created in the early 1990s by Aimé Guibert, founder of the legendary Mas de Daumas Gassac, the Moulin de Gassac wines were born out of a mission to preserve the vineyards of Villeveyrac in the Languedoc. By partnering with local growers, the Guibert family helped protect this unique terroir from disappearing, giving rise to a collection of wines that reflect both heritage and authenticity.

The vineyards form a natural amphitheatre overlooking the Mediterranean and the port of Sète, blessed with ideal conditions for Mediterranean varieties. Produced from the finest plots, Moulin de Gassac wines showcase the Guibert family’s expertise and the character of this sun-drenched terroir.

Known for their flavourful reds with southern charm, as well as approachable whites and rosés, the Moulin de Gassac Selection delivers wines of fruit, freshness, and typicity. They embody the spirit of the Languedoc: generous, expressive, and rooted in tradition.
