Tasting Notes
Bordeaux, uncomplicated. Six bottles built for the table you set most often, not the one you save for special occasions.
Start white with Château de Chantegrive's Graves 'Caroline' 2024, a barrel-aged blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon that pairs citrus blossom and white peach with a touch of toasted spice, structured enough to hold its own through a full meal, fresh enough for a Tuesday night.
The reds carry two sides of the right and left bank. Clos Saint Vincent's Saint-Émilion Grand Cru 2020 is Merlot at its most generous: ripe red fruit, velvety tannins, and the kind of plush, modern profile that makes Bordeaux approachable from the first glass. G d'Estournel's Médoc 2018 brings the other half of the story, dark berries and mineral tension from the team behind Cos d'Estournel, proof that everyday claret can still carry real pedigree.
Together, they form a reliable rotation: a white for lighter fare, a soft red for casual dinners, and a firmer red when the occasion calls for something with more grip.
Choose the 12-bottle format for 4 bottles of each cuvée, ideal for gifting, hosting, or simply keeping a French classic within reach.
