Champagne Agrapart

Champagne Agrapart & Fils is one of the most revered grower Champagne houses in the Côte des Blancs — a family domaine based in Avize, a Grand Cru village that produces Chardonnay of extraordinary mineral precision and longevity. Pascal Agrapart farms 9.5 hectares across the Grand Cru villages of Avize, Oger, Cramant, and Oiry, producing a range of single-vineyard and multi-village cuvées that are considered benchmarks for the style.

What makes Agrapart's Champagnes unique is the extraordinary minerality — a direct expression of the deep chalk and limestone soils of the Côte des Blancs, which give the wines their characteristic electrical tension and crystalline purity. The vines are old — many parcels are 40 to 60 years old — and farmed with respect for the soil. The wines are vinified in a mix of stainless steel and old oak, with minimal dosage or no dosage at all in the top cuvées.

The portfolio ranges from the accessible Les 7 Crus (a blend of seven villages) to the extraordinary single-vineyard cuvées: Vénus (from a 40-year-old parcel of Avize Grand Cru, zero dosage), Minéral (a selection of the finest lots from Avize Grand Cru), Expérience (a blanc de noirs from old Pinot Noir vines), and Terroirs (the benchmark multi-village blanc de blancs). The vintage cuvée Avizoise represents the pinnacle of the range — a wine of Grand Cru ambition and extraordinary precision.
