This Extra-Brut Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru called Mineral Champagne is produced exclusively from two plots (Champboutons in Avize and Bionnes in Cramant) classified Grand Cru located in the Agrapart vineyard and planted over 50 years ago.
The wine is aged on lees between 6 and 7 years in bottles whose riddling is carried out manually.
The disgorging takes place 60 days before shipping and on each back-label of the bottle is mentioned the date of bottling and disgorging.

Founded in 1894, Champagne Agrapart is today recognized as one of the finest grower-producers in the Côte des Blancs. Since 1984, Pascal Agrapart has crafted wines from the estate’s 12 hectares of old vines across the Grand Cru villages of Avize, Cramant, Oiry, and Oger.
The domaine follows a natural, low-intervention philosophy: no chemical pesticides or herbicides, fermentation with indigenous yeasts, and partial ageing in large 600-liter oak casks. This approach ensures that every cuvée reflects the chalky terroir and vibrant life of the soils, resulting in Champagnes of precision, minerality, and depth.
