Grape:62% Cabernet Sauvignon, 32% Merlot, 4% Cabernet Franc, 2% Petit Verdot
Tasting notes: This wine still remains relatively young, with a dark plumgarnet color, an intriguing nose of black currants intermixed with compost, earth, and a hint of mushroom. The wine is dense, muscular, tannic, and very masculine. The tannins seemed slightly elevated for the concentration, but there is a lot going on here. This wine certainly saturates the palate, but will it ever come into complete harmony?
