The grapes produced were ripe, rich and very aromatic. To the eye, the color is deep red almost black with purple reflections. On the nose, red fruits emerge, such as raspberry, then woody and spicy notes. On the palate, the attack is fresh, fruity and harmonious ending with silky tannins.

You see the intense fine tannins at the end. Dusty and bright. Unique wine. 55% whole cluster. 80% new wood, 10% amphora, and 10% foudra."
