Colgin Cellars
Founded in 1992 by Ann Colgin, Colgin Cellars is one of the most prestigious producers in the Napa Valley, often described as a benchmark for California cult wines. Perched on the dramatic slopes of Pritchard Hill, the estate is famed for crafting limited-production reds of extraordinary depth, elegance, and longevity.
Colgin’s vineyard holdings include some of Napa’s most exceptional sites, with a focus on Cabernet Sauvignon, complemented by Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. The estate also produces a celebrated Syrah that rivals the great wines of the Northern Rhône.
Meticulous vineyard work, low yields, and precision winemaking result in wines that are powerful yet refined, combining New World richness with Old World balance. Colgin’s signature cuvées — including IX Estate Red, Cariad, Tychson Hill, and IX Syrah — are among the most sought-after wines in the world, consistently earning top scores from critics.
Now under the stewardship of LVMH (since 2017), Colgin Cellars continues to embody luxury, rarity, and excellence, producing wines that reflect both Napa’s terroir and an uncompromising dedication to quality.
