Gorgeous red colour. The nose is expressive, fresh and crisp with aromas of jelly followed by notes of baked goods. Remarkably fresh, round start to the palate with good balance. Lovely structure that boasts good length and very well-integrated nuances of oak and spices from the barrel ageing. This magnificent example of the typicity of Pinot Noir.

The story of Maison Edouard Delaunay is one of passion, resilience, and revival. Once a prestigious Burgundy négociant house, the family sold the estate 25 years ago — but in a remarkable twist of fate, Laurent Delaunay, great-grandson of the founder, bought it back and restored its legacy.
Since acquiring the winery, brand, and historic cellars — alongside his Château de Charmont in the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits — Laurent has worked tirelessly to return Edouard Delaunay to the forefront of Burgundy.
