"His name come from the 5 hills surrounded the village and the little stars fossilised named «Pentacrines», we found those in the south of the floor of «En Novalet» village of Plainoiseau."
Tasting notes: Golden color, notes of dried fruits, almonds and hazelnuts, the palate is textural and good acidity remained. The term "Etoile '' refers to the tiny fossils we can find in those vineyards, which have the star shape.
How to enjoy : This Etoile Chardonnay will go well with seafood in particular.
