Tasting notes:These grapes that we vinified were of perfect maturity and a balance of the best omen. Perhaps the most impressive of the juices tasted during the 2022 harvest.
The result is up to par with a wine with explosive fruitiness. It is both exotic and racy, complex and delicious. It is the great divide, the beautiful synthesis of what we like to produce. Fruity and woody blend perfectly and when the bottle is empty, it has a little taste of "come back for more"!
About the winery: Francois d'Allaines started his eponymous wine business in 1996 in the village of Demigny in Burgundy. Both winegrower and merchant, he believes in ripe grapes and long aging to reveal all the finesse and magic of the Burgundy terroirs.
