The wine combines plush fruit with stony minerality and a long, refined finish.

Founded in the late 1800s, Domaine Tollot-Beaut was one of the first Burgundy estates to bottle and export its own wines in 1921. Today, cousins Nathalie, Jean-Paul, and Olivier Tollot craft elegant Pinot Noir across 60 acres in Chorey-lès-Beaune, Savigny, Aloxe-Corton, and Beaune.
