The Celebre Hauts Plateaux de l'Himalaya White 2022 is a high-altitude Chinese Chardonnay known for its bright citrus aromas, delicate peach notes, and a subtle hint of fennel. It offers a silky texture with lively acidity and a balanced, slightly toasted finish. This elegant wine reflects the unique mountain terroir of Yunnan and pairs well with poultry, seafood, and aged cheeses.
Crafted exclusively from 100% Chardonnay grapes grown at an impressive altitude of approximately 2,550 meters. The vines, aged between 10 and 17 years, are carefully hand-harvested to ensure quality and character. This vintage was aged for 12 months in new French oak barrels, imparting subtle complexity and elegance. With a limited production averaging around 4,000 bottles per year, this wine reflects the unique terroir of its high-altitude vineyard and the meticulous craftsmanship behind its creation.
