Delamotte and Salon
Delamotte is the sister house of Salon, and both are based in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs. Delamotte is celebrated for its finesse and Chardonnay focus, while Salon makes a single Blanc de Blancs, only in the finest vintages.
