The Graillot Family Legacy
Domaine des FA was founded by Maxime and Antoine Graillot, sons of the legendary Rhône producer Alain Graillot. Building on their family’s renowned experience in the Northern Rhône, the brothers set out to explore the unique terroirs of Beaujolais.
Their vision was simple: to craft wines that express the elegance and diversity of Gamay grown in some of the region’s finest vineyard sites.
By combining Rhône winemaking know-how with Beaujolais terroir, Domaine des FA has quickly established itself as one of the most exciting modern estates in the region.
Exceptional Terroirs in Saint-Amour & Fleurie
The brothers acquired vineyards in two of Beaujolais’ most distinctive Crus:
Saint-Amour – known for wines that are expressive, aromatic, and beautifully balanced.
Fleurie – often considered the most elegant Cru of Beaujolais, producing wines with floral perfume and silky texture.
These vineyards are planted on granite and schist soils, terroirs that give Gamay remarkable depth, freshness, and structure.
