The 2022 Celebre China Himalaya Allofme Rosé is a distinctive high-altitude expression, offering an aromatic profile of delicate strawberry and cranberry, lifted by graceful, “dancing” floral notes. A unique hint of musty red-bean paste—reminiscent of traditional Chinese sweets—adds depth and character, reflecting the natural concentration of the mountain-grown fruit.
