Pinot Noir (100%)
Tasting notes
An expressive nose of red cherries, bramble fruit, and floral notes. On the palate, it is medium-bodied with a lean, racy acidity, fine and velvety tannins, and flavors of red and black cherry, raspberry, and spiced elements. The finish is long and concentrated, with notes of crushed strawberry.
More About The Winery
Founded in the late 1800s, Domaine Tollot-Beaut was one of the first Burgundy estates to bottle and export its own wines in 1921. Today, cousins Nathalie, Jean-Paul, and Olivier Tollot craft elegant Pinot Noir across 60 acres in Chorey-lès-Beaune, Savigny, Aloxe-Corton, and Beaune.
With two prized monopoles – Savigny-lès-Beaune Champs-Chevrey and Chorey-lès-Beaune Pièce du Chapitre – the domaine produces wines of precision, freshness, and depth, perfectly reflecting their Côte de Beaune terroirs.
