The bouquet is refined and elegant, opening with fresh notes of menthol, eucalyptus, licorice, and freshly cut grass before unfurling into warmer, more opulent aromas of orange-peel liqueur, light tobacco, vanilla, and a delicate touch of toast. Layers of apple skin, white peach, acacia, and white rose add further depth. On the palate, the wine is rich, full-bodied, and irresistibly delectable, revealing flavours of white chocolate, hazelnut, praline, and dried apricot. As it aerates, an initial saline pithiness evolves into vibrant notes of tangerine, pear, white peach, and sweet vanilla, supported by a fine thread of acidity. Exceptional in concentration and energy, it offers superb balance, impressive volume, and a long, persistent finish that remains both fresh and subtly refined.
