L'Huisserie comes from the top of the hill in Alliet's vineyards – a real jewel in their crown. The beautiful, rich and intense fruit coats the mouth. This concentration is matched by beautifully ripe but strong tannins and refreshing acidity. This structure is joined by additional notes of spice and violet. The L'Huisserie will be a joy in the next few years and astounding in a decade.

Since 1985, Domaine Philippe Alliet has set the benchmark for Cabernet Franc in Chinon. Now run with son Pierre, the estate farms 19ha organically, across gravel, limestone, and tuffeau soils that bring depth and precision to the wines.

With low yields, native yeasts, and minimal oak, Alliet crafts pure, vibrant, age-worthy wines. Highlights include the concentrated Vieilles Vignes, structured L’Huisserie, and a rare, elegant Chenin Blanc.
