Tasting notes
Nice intense and shiny red coloration. The nose is complex and composed of small red berries aromas (cassis, cherries) with a touch of earthy characteristics. In the mouth, tanins are silky and allow to appreciate a good onctuosity which is balanced by some salinity.

More About The Winery
Domaine des Perdrix, named after its historic monopole vineyard Nuits-Saint-Georges Aux Perdrix, is one of the most esteemed estates in the Côte de Nuits. Since 1996, the domaine has been owned by the Devillard family (also of Château de Chamirey and Domaine de la Ferté), who have elevated it to the forefront of Burgundy through careful vineyard management and precision winemaking.
The estate boasts superb holdings in Nuits-Saint-Georges (including several premier crus and the Aux Perdrix monopole), as well as vineyards in Vosne-Romanée and Echézeaux Grand Cru. Low yields, optimal ripeness, and sustainable viticulture ensure wines of exceptional concentration and purity. Investments such as a cooler cellar have allowed for longer ageing and greater refinement.
The red wines of Domaine des Perdrix are admired for their power, finesse, and remarkable ageing potential, combining the depth of Nuits with the elegance and aromatic complexity that make Burgundy world-class.
