Half Bottle Champagne

The half bottle (37.5cl) is the most practical format in Champagne, ideal for a solo celebration, a single course pairing, or simply keeping a bottle fresh once opened elsewhere isn't an option. Because the wine-to-air ratio in a smaller bottle differs from a standard 75cl, half bottles age somewhat faster — making them a popular choice for Champagnes intended to be enjoyed relatively young.
