'Almost black in colour, with an incredibly complex, powerful nose featuring nuances of oak, black fruit, raspberry, along with burnt wood and roasted notes followed by spicy (turmeric, eucalyptus, menthol) and vegetal (blackcurrant leaf and light tobacco) scents. The rich, powerful palate starts off with a pleasing impression of sucrosity. Flavours of wild fruit and ripe cherry, raspberry jam and blood orange are followed by nuances of gingerbread, cardamom… The finish is powerful with elegant, assertive tannins that guarantee this wine’s exceptional cellaring potential.'
