The final parcel harvested at the estate, this wine shows generous, ripe plum and damson fruit layered with subtle spice from the oak. The palate is succulent and mouth-filling, with juicy, dark-fruit depth, toasty nuances, and impressive weight. A lingering finish brings back a refined thread of spice, adding definition and lift.

Founded in the late 1800s, Domaine Tollot-Beaut was one of the first Burgundy estates to bottle and export its own wines in 1921. Today, cousins Nathalie, Jean-Paul, and Olivier Tollot craft elegant Pinot Noir across 60 acres in Chorey-lès-Beaune, Savigny, Aloxe-Corton, and Beaune.
With two prized monopoles – Savigny-lès-Beaune Champs-Chevrey and Chorey-lès-Beaune Pièce du Chapitre – the domaine produces wines of precision, freshness, and depth, perfectly reflecting their Côte de Beaune terroirs.
