Domaine de Terrebrune
Founded in 1963 by Georges Delille, Domaine de Terrebrune is one of the benchmark producers of Bandol, Provence’s most prestigious appellation. Today, Georges’ son Reynald Delille continues the legacy, crafting wines that combine Mediterranean richness with remarkable finesse and ageing potential.
The estate spans 30 hectares of vineyards planted on limestone-rich, stony soils that give Terrebrune its name (“brown earth”). Benefiting from Bandol’s sunny climate and the cooling influence of the Mediterranean Sea, the domaine cultivates primarily Mourvèdre, alongside Grenache and Cinsault, yielding wines of both power and balance.
The reds are celebrated for their depth, structure, and longevity, often requiring time to fully reveal their complexity, while the rosés are admired for their pale color, delicate aromatics, and gastronomic style, making them some of the finest rosés in Provence. The domaine also produces fresh, mineral-driven whites in smaller quantities.
Committed to organic viticulture and minimal intervention, Domaine de Terrebrune’s philosophy is rooted in respect for terroir and tradition, resulting in wines that reflect the soul of Bandol.
