Tasting notes

The wine shows aromas and flavours of red cherries, red plum, violets, and earth with bright acidity and moderate tannins. Spicy fruit. Polished and easy on the palate. Rounded bramble fruits and velvety texture make it appealing even when young. It is aged for 18 months in 33% new Burgundian barrique.

More About The Winery

Founded in the late 1800s, Domaine Tollot-Beaut was one of the first Burgundy estates to bottle and export its own wines in 1921. Today, cousins Nathalie, Jean-Paul, and Olivier Tollot craft elegant Pinot Noir across 60 acres in Chorey-lès-Beaune, Savigny, Aloxe-Corton, and Beaune.

With two prized monopoles – Savigny-lès-Beaune Champs-Chevrey and Chorey-lès-Beaune Pièce du Chapitre – the domaine produces wines of precision, freshness, and depth, perfectly reflecting their Côte de Beaune terroirs.
