Tasting Notes
Grape
Blend of three Burgundian grape varieties: Chardonnay, Aligoté, and Pinot Noir.
Tasting Notes
Golden in colour with a delicate sparkle. The bouquet is pure and light, while the palate shows a fine balance between freshness and structure. Supple and charming, this Crémant offers both vivacity and elegance. Domaine Vincent Bouzereau
About the Winery
The Bouzereau family estate has expanded over many centuries through several family branches. Nearly 30 years ago, Vincent Bouzereau established his own domaine in Meursault, gradually acquiring and restructuring vineyard parcels over time. Today, the estate covers 18 hectares across the Côte de Beaune.
Most of the vineyards are located around Meursault, with additional plots in Puligny-Montrachet, Monthélie, Auxey-Duresses, Volnay, Pommard, Beaune, and on the hill of Corton.
Vincent Bouzereau now produces a distinctive range of 21 wines — 10 whites and 11 reds, spanning from Bourgogne AOC to eight Premier Crus in Meursault, Auxey-Duresses, Puligny-Montrachet, and Volnay, as well as two Grand Crus from Corton, including Corton “Clos des Fiètres.”
