Tasting notes
Pale golden, with aromas of apple, stone fruit, citrus, flowers and a touch of butter. Brilliantly bright on the palate, with apple, citrus and stone-fruit flavours and a long, fresh and mineral finish. A Bourgogne that drinks above its appellation; lovely as an aperitif or with seafood, white fish and roast chicken.
About the Winery
Camille and Guillaume Boillot are writing their own chapter in Meursault. Guillaume is the son of Henri Boillot and worked alongside his father from 2011, while Camille is the fifth generation of a winegrowing family from Pommard. Together with their four children, they run their own domaine, combining their own vines with carefully sourced grapes across the Côte de Beaune.
La Corvée aux Moines is one of the domaine's own parcels, in the lower part of Puligny-Montrachet on clay soils with pebbles. It is aged in older 350-litre barrels to keep the focus on freshness and purity.
