Grape
100% Pinot Noir
Tasting notes
Light ruby in colour, with fresh aromas of raspberry, strawberry, redcurrant and cherry. The palate is bright and juicy, with raspberry, sour cherry and redcurrant flavours, a touch of cherry stone and a long, mineral finish. An easy, refreshing red Burgundy to enjoy young with roast chicken, duck, charcuterie or mushroom dishes.
About the Winery
Camille and Guillaume Boillot are writing their own chapter in Meursault. Guillaume is the son of Henri Boillot and worked alongside his father from 2011, while Camille is the fifth generation of a winegrowing family from Pommard. Together with their four children, they run their own domaine, whose first vintage was 2022, combining their own vines with carefully sourced grapes across the Côte de Beaune.
Their Bourgogne Côte d'Or is made from Pinot Noir grown within the Côte d'Or, Burgundy's famous "golden slope", offering a fresh, pure and approachable taste of the domaine's style.
