Tasting notes

This wine shows a deep garnet-ruby hue with vibrant clarity. The nose is rich and layered, revealing blackcurrant, plum, and blackberry, with hints of herbs, eucalyptus, and violets. Subtle notes of cedar, vanilla, and spice add complexity. On the palate, it's full-bodied and structured, with ripe tannins, fresh acidity, and well-integrated oak. Concentrated dark fruits lead to a long, refined finish marked by dark chocolate, spice, and mineral nuances. The finish is long and refined, shaped by 18 months of maturation in 100% new French oak barrels and an additional 12 months of bottle aging before release.

A bold, precise, and expressive wine that combines the power of Cabernet Sauvignon with the elegance and freshness afforded by high-altitude terroir. It’s a world-class example of the emerging potential of Hamalayan wine region.

More About The Winery

Born into a Chaozhou fine tea family with roots dating back to 1958, the two brothers grew up immersed in tradition, learning the art of tea-making from their father and working side by side from a young age. In 2008, their journey took a transformative turn as they ventured into the world of wine, studying deeply across various regions and forming lasting bonds with mentors and peers along the way.

Their quest led them through the vast landscapes of the Yangtze and Mekong valleys, and ultimately into the remote, little-known villages of the Himalayan plateau. There, driven by a desire to uncover a terroir destined for greatness, they found a place where rivers, glaciers, ancient cultures, soils, and climate converge in harmony. In this sacred interplay between heaven and earth, they discovered not only an exceptional terroir—but also the fulfillment of a calling long felt in their hearts.
