This vintage-dated, non-dosage cuvée is crafted exclusively from two premier vineyards in the heart of Vertus: Les Barillers and Les Faucherets. Planted mid-slope on the gently rolling hills of the village, these sites yield wines of remarkable purity and precision.
Fermentation—both alcoholic and malolactic—takes place in old oak casks, not stainless steel, imparting depth and subtle texture. The wine is then aged for a minimum of four years on lees before disgorgement.
Widely regarded as one of the most profound non-dosage Champagnes produced, Terre de Vertus is a benchmark for terroir-driven, age-worthy Blanc de Blancs from the Côte des Blancs.
