The 2023 Domaine du Roc des Boutires Pouilly-Fuissé 1er Cru “Aux Bouthières” is an expressive 100% Chardonnay from the limestone-rich slopes of the Mâconnais. It shows a bright golden hue and a complex aromatic profile of citrus zest, jasmine, orange peel, and ripe stone fruit. The palate is round and gently unctuous, balancing richness with lively acidity and a precise mineral, saline finish that reflects the character of the terroir. Elegant and layered, it delivers both depth and freshness.

Located in the heart of the Pouilly-Fuissé appellation, Domaine du Roc des Boutires is dedicated to producing Chardonnay of exceptional purity and finesse. With just 4.2 hectares divided into 14 distinct terroirs on the Côte de Pouilly, the estate showcases the extraordinary diversity and richness of this renowned corner of southern Burgundy.
The vineyards are farmed with respect for nature, with hand-harvesting and meticulous vineyard work ensuring the highest quality fruit. In the cellar, winemaker Brice Laffond, alongside the Parinet family (also owners of Château du Moulin-à-Vent), follows a parcel-by-parcel vinification philosophy.
