Just 4km outside the village of Chablis, the family-run Domaine Jean-Pierre & Alexandre Ellevin cultivates 13 hectares of vineyards across Petit Chablis, Chablis, and Premier Cru Vaucoupin and Vosgros. Since 1975, Jean-Pierre Ellevin has been the head winemaker, now working alongside his son Alexandre, who joined the domaine in 2004. Together, they craft wines that faithfully reflect the unique terroir of Chablis.

Practicing sustainable viticulture, the Ellevins “listen to the vines,” ensuring balance and purity in every vintage.
