Grégoire Hoppenot started his own domaine at Les Roches in Fleurie in 2018, named 'Discovery of the Year' by Revue des Vins de France in 2021. He farms organically across five distinct 'climats' between Fleurie and Morgon, harvesting entirely by hand to select the best grapes directly in the vineyard.
