Gorgeous pale gold in colour. The light, airy nose features lovely ripe aromas and floral scents (spring flowers, daisy, crocus, narcissus) along with vegetal notes (almond, fresh hazelnut, hay). The full-bodied, ripe start to the palate is accompanied by pleasing freshness with flavours of lemon verbena, basil and spices (white pepper). Nice tautness develops and enhances the well-integrated oak. Then come fruity and subtle tangy notes (gooseberry, kumquat) along with a touch of
vetiver. This grand, well-balanced wine allies freshness and ripeness.
