An Evening with Domaine Rolet: Jura Wine Dinner at Ember Woodfire

An Evening with Domaine Rolet: Jura Wine Dinner at Ember Woodfire

October 1, 2026

Friday 9 October · Ember Woodfire · Hosted by Cédric Ducoté, GM and winemaker

The Jura is one of France's most singular wine regions, and few estates capture its range as completely as Domaine Rolet. On Friday 9 October, Cédric Ducoté, the domaine's general manager and winemaker, joins us at Ember Woodfire to pour the estate's wines across a five-course menu built around the fire.

It is a rare chance to taste the full Jura story in a single evening: sparkling Crémant, bright Chardonnay from L'Étoile, a traditional Arbois white, a delicate Trousseau and, to finish, Vin Jaune with Comté, the region's classic pairing.

Why this dinner is worth your evening

Jura wines reward context. Hearing Cédric explain how the same family estate produces a crisp Crémant and a Vin Jaune aged for years under a veil of yeast brings the wines to life in a way no tasting note can. The menu has been designed to follow the wines, from saline oyster with Crémant to the nutty, savoury depth of Vin Jaune alongside aged Comté.

Tickets
