Domaine de Fa

Founded in 2014 by Antoine and Maxime Graillot (sons of Alain Graillot, a legendary figure of Crozes-Hermitage), Domaine de Fa is located in Saint-Amour, at the heart of Beaujolais. The adventure began with the acquisition of 5 hectares in the Saint-Amour appellation, soon complemented by vines in Fleurie and on the slopes of Côte de Brouilly, bringing the total to around 10 hectares.

The Graillot brothers apply the family philosophy to Beaujolais: organic farming, whole-cluster fermentations, semi-carbonic macerations, and minimal sulfur use. Their wines combine the fruit-forward freshness and charm of Gamay with the precision and elegance worthy of the Rhône.

Today, Domaine de Fa is recognized as one of the new benchmarks of Beaujolais, producing vibrant, energetic wines that perfectly express their granite terroirs.
