Anjou-Saumur: Where Tradition Meets Natural Expression
Straddling the Maine and Loire rivers, Anjou-Saumur is a land of tuffeau limestone, ancient cellars, and winemakers who treat their vineyards as living systems. This is a cornerstone of organic and biodynamic wine production in France.

Based in Varrains in the heart of Saumur-Champigny, Thierry Germain has become one of the Loire's most admired voices. His Cabernet Franc vines grow in the region's distinctive tufa soils, producing wines of extraordinary freshness, precision, and depth. Nicolas Joly
No name in the Loire carries more weight than Nicolas Joly. The father of biodynamic viticulture in France, Joly and his daughter Virginie farm the legendary Coulée de Serrant — a single-vineyard monopole in the Savennières appellation that has produced wine for over 800 years. His Chenin Blancs are unlike anything else: oxidative, complex, mineral-streaked, and built for decades of ageing. To drink Joly is to understand what Chenin Blanc is truly capable of.
Touraine: Cabernet Franc at its Most Expressive
Move east along the Loire and you reach the Touraine — the heartland of Chinon and Bourgueil, where Cabernet Franc reigns supreme. Central Loire: The Kingdom of Sauvignon Blanc
