Over 70% of our total range is organic or biodynamic, and that's not a marketing decision — it's a reflection of the producers we work with. The growers we seek out tend to be the ones who care most about their land: farming without synthetic pesticides or herbicides, working with the natural rhythms of the soil, and letting the vineyard — not the winery — do the heavy lifting. Biodynamic producers go a step further, treating the farm as a living ecosystem and following a lunar calendar in both vineyard and cellar.

The result is wines with a clarity and vitality that you simply don't get from conventional farming. From Domaine de Montille's organically farmed Burgundy to Larmandier-Bernier's biodynamic Champagne, from Thierry Germain's Loire Valley Cabernet Franc to Mas de Daumas Gassac's wild-farmed Languedoc blends — every bottle here comes from a grower who puts the health of their land first.
