At The Vintage Club, we take the utmost care to ensure that every bottle is stored, handled, and delivered under the best possible conditions.

Please note that we do not accept returns or provide refunds once an order has been confirmed and delivered. All sales are final.


Damages and Issues

We ask that you carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at order@thevintageclub.sg We will evaluate the situation on a case-by-case basis and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

As wine is a perishable product, we are unable to accept returns for any reason, including change of mind, taste preference, or incorrect purchase. Gift cards and sale items are also non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If there is an issue with your order due to damage or error on our part, please reach out to us at order@thevintageclub.sg so we can find the best solution.
