Tasting notes: The 2019 Saint-Amour Les Capitans derives from a more extreme site, characterized by rocky colluvium, that always produces very low yields. Exhibiting notes of plums, raspberry preserve, grilled meats and wintergreen, it's medium to full-bodied, with firm tannins underpinning its jammy core of fruit.
