At the heart of La Paulée lies its Bring Your Own Wine tradition. Every guest brings bottles from their own cellar to open and share. This creates a magical atmosphere where rare vintages meet new discoveries, and every table becomes a feast of stories, friendships, and remarkable Burgundy expressions. Hosted at the Grand Hyatt Singapore, La Paulée 2026 will feature a Burgundian-inspired menu designed to pair seamlessly with your wines, alongside a showcase of some of Burgundy’s most iconic domaines.

Evening Program
La Paulée de Singapour 2026 is more than just a dinner... it is a full evening celebrating the wines, people, and traditions of Burgundy.
5:00 PM – En Primeur Bourgogne Tasting
Begin the evening with a privileged preview of the latest Burgundy vintage. Explore a curated selection of wines from top domaines and get a first glimpse of the region’s future treasures.
7:00 PM – Cocktail Reception
Mingle with fellow wine enthusiasts, the perfect occasion to exchange stories, forge new connections, and set the stage for the evening’s highlight.
7:30 PM – La Paulée Dinner
The doors open to a Burgundian-inspired feast. Guests are invited to bring bottles from their own cellars to share at the table. This BYO tradition is what makes La Paulée unique: each bottle enriches the evening with discoveries, friendships, and unforgettable moments.
