Tasting notes: Well-cut and minerally, this harmonious rosé offers a satiny mousse and a smoky underpinning layered with subtle notes of white cherry, lemon curd and toast.

Medium to full-bodied, pillowy and precise, with a fleshy core of fruit, bright acids and a pinpoint mousse, it concludes with a chalky finish.
